  1. Whenever I try to enter the settings page, it always freezes, and then it goes into a loop. Then it gets stuck on the blue track phone logo until I turn off the device and restart it again. I am so frustrated. This has been happening for over a week now.

I tried installing some apps to help clear junk and protect my device, I can’t even send text messages without error messages. Every app I try to open gets an “Unfortunately, ____has stopped.” And every time I try to delete any apps or data, the stupid phone freezes then reboots itself again. I am at my wits end here, and I’m sick of this. Please help me get my phone back to normal. I tried holding down the volume and off buttons at the same time, but I’m not getting any recovery mode menu.
