Many of LG V10 users report that it is common to take factory reset to overcome various problems at their phone. This option has many benefits like the problems of the device is resolved, and the device could get started freshly like the new one.
However, this kind of option to overcome the device problems has a lack. It is quite risky where there will be a big consequence over the option. It will erase all data and files at your phone after you do the factory reset to the device. That is why, it commonly chosen as the last option to overcome any problem occurred at smart phones.
You can try to factory reset your LG V10 by taking the factory reset option available in your phone. You can do this factory reset by opening the Settings then select Backup and Reset, and tap Factory Data Reset then select Reset Device and finally please Delete All and then Reboot.
This process will take for several minutes. Please wait until it completed and reboot successfully. For your information please do not forget to manually copy and move the content after you reset it or backup your data before you do this reset because this will erase all of the files in your phone.

Please turn off your LG V10, then press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power button together for several seconds until Android icon is seen at your phone screen. Please use the Volume down to choose Factory Reset and please select the option by pressing the Power button.
Please use Volume down to highlight Yes – Delete all user data and press Power button to select it. When the process is complete, you can select Reboot System now to reboot your device.
