Depend on the size of the cache; it may take time before the process is complete. Once the process is complete, simply restart or reboot the phone and then launch the troubled application to see whether the problem still persists or not.

    I searched to find out how to clear cache on my galaxy 7 and landed here. In looking at the instruction 1: Go to Settings app, then tap DEVICE tab. I do not see a DEVICE tab. I see a list of wireless and networks, phone, personal, and system. Please advise. Maybe I have a different version.
