First Method: Use Power Menu to Enter the Android Safe Mode
The first method you can try to activate the Safe Mode is by pressing and holding down the Power button for about 2 seconds and you will see the Power Menu. After you reach the Power Menu, please tap and hold Power Off option on the screen for a while, then you will see a prompt asking do you want to enter the Safe Mode or not.

Second Method: Enter the Android Safe Mode While Booting
Please turn off your Android device by pressing and holding down the Power button for about 2 seconds, you will see the Power Menu and please tap Power Off, then tap OK to confirm. After the device turned off completely, please turn it on again by press and hold the Power button.
As soon as the screen turn on, please press and hold the Volume Down button or for several phones type you need to press and hold both Volume Down and Volume Up button. You need to press and hold the button until the phone turned on completely, then you will see Safe Mode text at the bottom of your phone screen.
