How to Solve Apple Watch Crashing Problem – Having your Apple Watch crashes or freezing in the middle of use is a very annoying problem, yet you can learn to solve this problem with the available solutions and have your Apple Watch back to normal.
No device is perfect, so does Apple Watch. Some user has reported that their device crashes and freeze without any warning at all. If that is the same case that happen to you then you may want to try these things and hopefully it will solve this issue once and for all.
It is possible that there is an app that causes the issue in the first place. Go and check the app you have one at a time and if the crashes happen when you open specific app, then you need to get rid of it. If you can’t get rid of it from Apple Watch, you can do it from your iPhone by go to Apple Watch > find the troubled app > turn off the “Show App on Apple Watch” options.
Once again you can go to Apple Watch app on your iPhone, the choose My Watch > General > Software Update. Make sure that you already use the latest update that has solved the issue and bugs from the previous version.
Press and hold the side button on Apple Watch along with Digital Crown for ten seconds until Apple logo appear on the screen. This may work to solve the issue especially when your device is locked and unresponsive to anything.
If you still able to access your Apple Watch, try to turn it off and on. Press the side button and then drag the Power Off to the right to turn it off and bring it back on by press the side button once again.
If it’s still not working, then you can reset your Apple Watch to its original setting. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Setting. It will erase everything so you need to set them all up again, but it also will erase the problem once and for all.
